“ I truly enjoy the kiosk ordering without having to interact w anyone. If you are expecting a super outgoing reception, youre in the wrong place. If you dont like maximalism, this place also isnt for you. I myself really enjoy the atmosphere. There have been a few issues in the past with cleanliness, but its gotten a lot better. The food and drinks have always been great though and I appreciate the fact they have made improvements. Ive never had a complaint about the food or drinks here and Ive been here many times. Not sure what expectations people come here with. A lot of places use drink mixes and lots of sugar, so maybe people are used to that. For people complaining about the cost, the prices are more than fair for what the items are and the location. I spend less than 20 here when I get a drink and a dessert plate. My only complaint now would be the fabric chairs need to be cleaned, but thats me being picky. They decorate for most holidays and I truly enjoy coming and seeing the new stuff they have each time. ”

“ Amazing! Hands down my new favorite spot for dessert and all things sweet and satisfying! I was not expecting to have such a perfect experience at this dessert shop. Hey only downside was parking, a bit tricky and frustrating. We parked kinda far away. They have self serve kiosks by the entrance where you order yourself. Our order came out real quick. The staff was quiet but super friendly. It was my boyfriends birthday, I asked for a candle and they helped me out with that and a lighter. Super nice, speedy and professional service! Our pancakes and crepe cake were to die for. I had never had something so delicious before. This spot is a must try in south Austin! An absolute gem! Love the pink decor! ”

That was so good and brought back some memories of our trip from Japan. Also got the mille crepe mango which was also delicious. ”
